Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Through the contact form: your name and e-mail address and, if you fill them in, phone, city, company name and your message.
- Automatically: IP address, browser type and pages visited, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To understand how the site is used, your consent, given through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for at most 3 years after the last communication.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent personal data. Limited access is held by our hosting provider and, only with your consent, by Google Ireland Limited for traffic statistics.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@euroconsultonline.ro; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (dataprotection.ro).
