What clients ask us most often
We handle everything related to the funding: design, application, permits, approvals. We prepare the funding application, the feasibility study and the business plan, then manage procurement files and reimbursement requests through to the final payment.
It depends on the programme and the size of the investment. The projects in our portfolio were implemented in 16–29 months from signing the financing contract, plus the preparation and evaluation period.
We stay with you. We represent you before the experts appointed to evaluate and monitor the project, during the verification of procurement files and payment requests, at on-site checks and throughout the ex-post monitoring period.
Yes. Together with our collaborators (architects, engineers and designers) we provide field studies, technical designs, building permit documentation, specifications and execution details.
Yes, we provide assistance in obtaining bank co-financing as part of our integrated services.
Our office is in Timișoara and the projects in our portfolio were carried out in Timiș and Caraș-Severin counties. However, we work with beneficiaries from all over the country.
