Berzovia, Caraş-Severin

Total value: 8,5 mil. €

The project aimed to set-up a swine and cattle slaughterhouse having a total unfolded area of 7.500 sqm and a slaughtering capacity of 50 swine/hour or 15 cattle/hour. The slaugherhouse has refrigerating rooms, cooling tunnels, cooling rooms, freezing tunnels, freezing rooms, cutting lines for cattle and pigs, specific equipments and machineries for slaughtering, laboratory, etc.

The whole value of the project was 8,5 mil. € and it was implemented in 26 months.

Timisoara, Timis county 

Total value: 4,5 mil. € + 2,8 mil. €

The project aimed to make a green-field investment in Timisoara – construction of a meat processing fatory having a total unfolded area of 3.400 sqm. The new factory was endowed with new machineries, equipments, instalations and transportation means and laboratory. The nominal capacity of the factory is 15,0 tons/day meat products. The whole value of the project was 4,5 mil. € and it was implemented in 16 months. Afterwards, the factory was extended with processing and storage halls completely endowed having a total area of 2.500 sqm. The whole value of the last project was 2,8 mil. €.

Berzovia, Caraş Severin

Total value: 4,5 mil. €

The project aimed to extend, modernize and endow the old 10.000 pigs Berzovia, Caraș-Severin farm. Modernization was done by rehabilitation of the old non-functional halls and making them breeding stables for pigs, endowed with automatic equipments for every technological process of the farm: feeding, watering, ventilation, etc.

The whole value of the project was 4,5 mil. € and was implemented in 22 months.

Resita, Caras-Severin

Total value: 5,5 mil. €

The project aimed to set-up a production unit for raw-dried meat products having a total unfolded area of 3.900 sqm. and a capacity of 15,0 tons/day. The unit was endowed with specifical machineries and equipments for meat processing.

The production unit was designed to make high added-value products, raw-dried products of superior quality.

The whole value of the project was 5,5 mil. € and it was implemented in 13 months.

Pădureni, Timiş

Total value: 500.000 €

The project aimed to modernize the 350 milk cattle farm, by realizing the following investments: – revizing and hygiening the animal stables; – arranging the paddocks; – acquisition of equipments for elimination and transportation of dejections; – set-up a basin for colecting the dejections; – acquisition of animals with high genetical potential; – acquisition of machineries for fodder production. The whole value of the project was 500.000 € and was implemented in 36 months.

Arad, Arad county

Total value: 1,3 mil. €

The project aimed to modernize the production unit of the biggest natural sausage casing producer of Romania, by realizing the following investments: – partial re-functioning of production unit; – optimization of technological flow; – improvement of microclimate conditions into the production unit; – rehabilitation of the building installations (electrical, sanitary and heating); – rehabilitation of technological floor; – rehabilitation of the building facade and the provisioning and delivery platforms. The whole value of the project was 1,3 mil. € and was implemented in 24 months.
