Swine and cattle slaughterhouse
A green-field slaughterhouse for pigs and cattle with a total built area of 7,500 sqm and a slaughtering capacity of 50 pigs or 15 cattle per hour.
The plant was fitted with chilling, freezing and storage rooms, separate pig and cattle slaughter lines, the machinery and equipment specific to slaughtering, and its own laboratory for physico-chemical and microbiological analysis.
Total project value: 8.5 million euro.
