Bakery and pastry plant expansion
The project expanded a mid-sized Timișoara craft baker, by modernising and reorganising the existing bakery, pastry and confectionery unit and adding a new production and storage area.
It funded technological equipment — ovens, provers, sourdough plants, mixers, elevators, moulders, cutters and pasteurisers — insulated and refrigerated delivery vehicles, fittings for the company shops (slicers, display cabinets, tills) and intangible assets for marketing: a new website with an online shop, and the label and brand concept.
