A recirculating sturgeon farm
We prepared the application that secured funding for a 2,700 sqm main sturgeon rearing hall, with receiving, chilling, preparation, storage and dispatch areas, an annexe building, a settling tank, eight outdoor concrete basins of 100 sqm each, 5,200 sqm of ponds, roads, hard standing and fencing.
