New production unit for raw-dried salami
A new processing unit for raw-dried products, with a total built area of 3,900 sqm and a capacity of 15 tonnes per day.
The unit was equipped with machinery and installations specific to meat processing and was designed for high value-added products, in the premium raw-dried range.
Total project value: 5.5 million euro.
